Good morning you gorgeous person, you! I’m super excited, because today I’m introducing a four part series on my favorite topic… gluten! There’s alotta talk about the “G word” out there, and some of it just ain’t true! Also, there is SO MUCH information that it’s hard to know what and what not to believe.
How do you know if you have a gluten issue? Can a person lose weight on a gluten free diet? What’s the big deal about gluten, anyway?
Here’s the lowdown on what I’ll be covering in this series:
Post 1: We’ll talk about what gluten is and why it’s getting such a bad rap, along with a complete list of gluten sources (there’s more than you think!).
Post 2: How to eat gluten free for health reasons, including celiac, gluten intolerances, and autoimmune disorders. I’ll also cover common symptoms of a possible gluten or food allergy.
Post 3: How to eat gluten free for weight loss. Can eating gluten free aid in weight loss? The short answer is yes and no. Find out why!
Post 4: We’ll recap and cover any additional info based on your comments. I want to hear from you – let’s dispel the myths and mysteries of gluten!
I have so much great information to share with you – years of research done out of necessity! I can’t wait to organize it into a format that will hopefully help others on their journey.
